The 6-week Program
Your Journey
During the 6 weeks we will touch the fundamental elements of movement. Each week will emphasize the basics while allowing room for individual development. Commit to 6 weeks to experience the maximum development.
Why We Care
We believe movement is a gift. We all begin moving before we are fully conscious of our body. As we grow, some people learn their body’s capabilities and unlock it’s potential, others just move through life, unaware. We want to impact as many people to become more conscious of their mind and body and let that spill into their everyday life.
